Steve & Kerry’s Beautiful Stanbrook Abbey Wedding | Incircles Photography
As a wedding photographer in Worcestershire, I’m always thrilled to capture the unique beauty and elegance that each couple brings to their special day. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Steve and Kerry’s wedding at Stanbrook Abbey. A truly enchanting venue nestled in the heart of Worcestershire. This historic setting, with its stunning architecture and tranquil atmosphere, provided the perfect backdrop for their love story.

Why Stanbrook Abbey is the Perfect Wedding Venue
For those unfamiliar with Stanbrook Abbey, this historic location blends charm and sophistication in ways that few venues can match. Originally a 19th-century monastery, it has been carefully restored to maintain its rich heritage while offering modern amenities – ideal for any couple dreaming of an unforgettable Worcestershire wedding.
From the Gothic-style chapel to the intimate spaces within its expansive grounds, every corner of Stanbrook Abbey offered Steve and Kerry a picture-perfect setting, making it one of the top wedding venues for those seeking elegance and romance.
Getting Ready Moments at stanbrook abbey
The day began with beautiful, quiet moments as Kerry prepared in the luxurious bridal suite, surrounded by her closest friends and family. The soft light streaming through the large windows set the perfect ambiance for capturing those emotional, candid shots. Meanwhile, Steve and his groomsmen had their own fun preparing in one of the Abbey’s many charming rooms, sharing laughs and enjoying the excitement of the day ahead.
A Ceremony to Remember in the abbey
The couple’s ceremony took place in the Abbey’s awe-inspiring Callow Great Hall, where the Gothic arches and intricate stained glass set a breathtaking stage. With close family and friends in attendance, Steve and Kerry exchanged their vows in a heartfelt service. The grandeur of Stanbrook Abbey’s interiors allowed me to capture wide, sweeping shots as well as intimate, close-up moments that conveyed the love and joy shared between them.
Exploring the Grounds of stanbrook
After the ceremony, we took a stroll around the Abbey’s gardens. With Worcestershire’s landscape as a backdrop, we captured some unforgettable images. Whether standing beside the peaceful lake or under the shade of ancient trees, Steve and Kerry’s love shone in every shot. The natural beauty of the grounds added an extra touch of magic to their wedding photos, with the Abbey’s architecture perfectly complementing the soft, romantic feel of the day.

The Reception and Celebrations
The reception was held in the St Anne’s Hall, where elegant decor, sparkling lights, and a lively atmosphere made for a joyous celebration. From the newlyweds’ first dance to heartfelt speeches and laughter echoing through the hall, each moment of the reception was filled with love and excitement. Steve and Kerry’s choice of decor – timeless and elegant – reflected their unique style, creating a beautiful space for their guests to enjoy.
A Photographer’s Reflections
Steve and Kerry’s wedding at Stanbrook Abbey was a true celebration of love in one of Worcestershire’s most remarkable venues. Being their wedding photographer was an honour, and I am so grateful to have had the chance to capture their day!
