Booking your Worcestershire wedding photographer

When it comes to booking your wedding photographer, there are many things to consider. It is important to find the right photographer for your special day, as they will be responsible for capturing all of the memories that you will cherish forever. At Incircles Photography want to be able to help you find the best and right photographer for you. Here are some tips on what to look for when booking your wedding photographer in Worcestershire.

Make sure to book enough hours!

Many wedding photographers provide a minimum of four hours photography coverage. However, this may not cover everything you need. Hence, you can ask your wedding photographer to stay for the full duration of your event, or add a few more hours to capture the essence of the venue. Adding hours can also benefit other services, such as wedding portraits and trash-the-dress photoshoots. We usually find that most of our clients will opt for our 10 hour package, which is more than enough to cover all the essentials. Here is a list of our most popular packages

Choose a photographer who is experienced in wedding photography and has a portfolio of work that you like.

When deciding on your wedding photographer, it is essential to look for someone who has expertise in wedding photography and whose work you admire. An experienced photographer can document all of the important moments at your wedding and create long-lasting memories. We take pride in our portfolio and often blog weddings we shoot. Here are some examples of our work.

Make sure to discuss your expectations with the photographer before booking them, so they can provide the best service for you.

When it comes to planning a wedding, one of the most important decisions you’ll make is choosing your photographer. After all, your wedding photos will be treasured memories for years to come. If you’re looking for a Worcestershire wedding photographer, it’s essential that you discuss your expectations with them before booking. It is important to find someone who understands what kind of look and feel you are going for. A wedding photographer should be able to capture the beauty of the area while also capturing your unique personalities!

Consider hiring two photographers if you have a large wedding party, as this will allow each photographer to capture different angles of the event.

When we find that clients are planning a large wedding in Worcestershire, it’s important we suggest that they consider hiring two photographers. Having two photographers will allow each one to capture different angles of the event, ensuring that no moment is missed. With two photographers, you can get shots from both sides of the aisle and even have one photographer focus on the bride and groom while the other captures candid moments

You’ll be spending the entire day with your photographer.

After all, you are entrusting them with capturing one of the most important days of your life. Our approach is relaxed and unobtrusive. We take everything as it comes and makes sure that fun is what drives our shots! We are also quick at shooting, because we know that standing around for photos is a nightmare for all!

Wedding photography is a major part of recording and remembering your wedding day. Not only does it capture beautiful, timeless memories that you can look back on each year; it also allows you to show the world how important and special your day was for you. If you’re about to book a photographer for your wedding day, there are some important questions to ask them in order to ensure that their skill set, style and personality match what you’re looking for. Here’s a list of questions every couple should ask their potential wedding photographer:

Some important questions to ask a wedding photographer.

1) What packages do they offer?

Knowing the different kinds of packages that wedding photographers have available will help you decide which one best fits your needs. Some might offer options like an all-day package with digital files included while others may have more minimalist packages such as an hour-long shoot with physical prints only. Asking this question will allow you to find out the type of service they provide, what comes with each package and the starting rates.

We offer different packages which you can access here. We can also offer bespoke photography packages so please feel free to get in touch.

2) What will be included in final images?

This is an essential question to determine what kind of post-production work is involved in creating the final product. This can range from minor colour corrections up to heavy manipulation or artistic edits on specific photographs. Understanding everything that goes into making each image look as professional as possible helps ensure that you get exactly what you’re expecting from them on the day.

We edit all our images professionally and deliver these in an online gallery where you can download all your images. This works really well, because couples can choose images for books, canvases, and also share with family and friends. Here is a gallery example for you to see what we offer.

3) How long after the wedding date can we expect to see our photographs?

The turn around time for editing and delivery is usually the biggest concern for couples. Depending on how busy or backlogged a photographer is, they should be able to estimate when they can deliver edited images within a few weeks after shooting. This means considering both their holidays/vacations beforehand plus any contingencies such as illness or other unexpected events that could cause delays on their end too.

We generally deliver our images within 3 – 4 weeks. This is quicker during off peak months, so please ask when booking if you need to know more.

4) Requesting certain shots/poses

We all want some iconic poses during our ceremony – maybe catching grandma laughing during her toast or getting candid reactions caught during your father’s speech – so having open communication about what these are beforehand will make sure these moments aren’t missed! There would typically be additional charges applied here but don’t worry because these may come out cheaper than paying for expensive reprints later down the line!

We give all our couples a questionnaire and guide to choosing specific shots that you may want on your day. This is then brought to the wedding and we go through the shots and make sure we get all/most of the ones you have requested.
